How do I choose the correct size?
Our adult sizes are unisex. We offer ladies short sleeve t-shirts in certain designs and colors. (Please access our t-shirt sizing guide.) Kids are shirts sizes, not age-related sizes. For example, a 14 year old may wear an adult size, not a kids 14-16.
Do you have Infant and Toddler sizes?
We offer toddler sizes, but they are available ONLY in Short Sleeve t-shirts. Infant baby bodysuits and toddler t-shirt are available in a limited range of colors. For example, designs printed on "sand" color shirts are not available in toddler or infant sizes because our suppliers do not offer them in this color. Why are the sweatshirt sizes bigger than the t-shirt sizes?
The t-shirts are straight-cut while the sweatshirts are wider and fuller to fit over another shirt.
Will these garments shrink?
All our t-shirts are 100% heavyweight, preshrunk cotton with the exception of our sports grey t-shirts and baby bodysuits which are a heavyweight, preshrunk 90% cotton / 10% polyester blend. Our sweatshirts are a heavyweight cotton / polyester blend.
Are your hats fitted?
No. Our hats are adjustable, with a cloth strap and an antique brass buckle. One size fits most. Click for a sizing guide and additional information.
What are your Beanies made of?
Our Beanies are Custom embroidered, 100% acrylic knit, 8" in height. Camo Beanies are 60/40 cotton/polyester, 8" in height with a knit-lined interior.

What are your shipping charges?
Charges are as follows per shipping address:
1-4 pcs: $5.95 | 5+ pcs: Free Standard Shipping | Shipping to U.S. and it's territories only.
How are orders shipped?
We use the US Postal Service's Priority Mail or UPS Ground to deliver our packages.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO/DPO (Military), Alaska or Hawaii are shipped via Priority Mail.
How soon will I receive my order?
Most orders ship
within 1 week. (from our print shop in Grove City, PA) Shipping time is additional. Whether by UPS or USPS, shipping time will be 2 to 6 business days depending on the distance from our facility.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Our system allows for one shipping address per order. Shipping to more than one address requires a separate order for each address. See shipping rates above.
Can I send a gift directly, with a gift receipt?
Yes. Prices are removed from the packing slip when the orders are shipping to another address. Along with the order, we will include a packing slip listing the items ordered and the gift message, if included. We will email you a sales receipt listing the items ordered, the prices and a copy of the gift message, if included.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when we process your order. When the order ships from our facility a second e-mail containing your tracking information will be sent.
Can I check the status of my order?
You may check the status of your order online. To access this information, go to www.inkpixi.com/status.php. You will need to provide both your order confirmation number and your billing zip code. Once the order has been received into our system, the production process will begin. After the production process has been completed (see How soon will I receive my order?) the status will change to "Shipped" and the tracking information will be provided.
Too big, too small, not quite the right fit? No problem. You may return or exchange any item within 90 days of receipt as long as the item has not been worn or laundered and has the original tags attached. Just fill out the form below and mail your item(s) to the address listed. We will even pay the shipping to ship out your replacements! (Sorry, but we are unable to reimburse your original shipping charges or your return shipping, and we cannont refund items lost in transit back to us.)
Please remember to include payment for price differences if you are changing shirt styles or going from kids sizes to adult, etc. You may include a check or money order or fill out the credit card section below. We are unable to call for credit card information.
An Exchange and Return Form (which you can print here) is enclosed in every shipment for your convenience. It is located on the back of your packing slip
My name is unusual. Can I still personalize an InkPixi garment?
Yes. InkPixi offers apparel printed to order with any name you request as long as it meets our ordering criteria.
Can I place an order for two or more names at once?
Yes, as long as the order is shipping to only one address. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place an order for each shipping address.
What are my payment options?
For telephone, Internet or Fax orders we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. To fax us with a credit card, dial 1-724-458-4136. We also accept PayPal for online orders. Please note that PayPal orders will appear on your account as changed from Ink Pixi.
All credit card orders and other sensitive information are transmitted using strong encryption (the same standard used by Amazon.com and Buy.com).
For mail orders we accept the same credit cards, money orders, or checks made payable to InkPixi. Payment in US Funds only. Please note that your check may be converted to an electronic debit. There will be a $30.00 service fee for any money order or check returned to us from the bank for any reason. Click Here for detailed instructions on how to order by money order or check.

Can I use a debit card?
Yes, we accept debit cards as a form of payment, if your bank allows you to debit items without entering a PIN. Please note that we authorize credit cards and debit cards at point of sale but we may not charge your card for an order until a later date. This can be mistaken for double billing. Each financial institution is different, therefore please refer to the issuing bank of your credit card for their specific authorization processes.
How will the charge to my credit card account appear on my statement?
Charges on your credit card account will appear as a sale from InkPixi.

How long have you been in business?
InkPixi is a subsidiary of Earth Sun Moon Trading Company which has been in business in Grove City, PA since 1996.
Do you have a catalog?
Along with your order you will receive an InkPixi flyer featuring our best-selling designs. Also included will be a catalog from our parent company, Earth Sun Moon Trading Company, illustrating a selection of high-quality but non-personalized, nature-inspired shirts and hats. Are your University shirts the same as the ones I bought at AlumniOriginals.com? Are the garments offered at InkPixi a knockoff?
No, there is no knockoff; InkPixi's University shirts and hats are the real McCoy. Let us explain:
AlumniOriginals.com was our original web store, which started selling the University shirt in 2002. It was a special-purpose web store that sold only university-themed shirts, sweats, hats and jackets.
We had some clever ideas for other kinds of personalized apparel that didn't fit the university theme of Alumni Originals, so in 2008 we opened InkPixi.coma web store whose purpose is to offer a broad selection of customized apparel.
May I make Revisions to an Existing Order?
If you wish to cancel or make any revisions to an order after you have placed it, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-440-1210 by 9 p.m. ET on the day you place your order. (Orders placed on Sunday will have until 9 p.m. ET Monday to cancel or revise.)
We will need your order confirmation number or your name and address to access your order. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place it, and it may not be possible to change items on an existing order.Making revisions to your order will delay processing.
I want to design my own shirt. Can I do that?
Unlike other online companies that take the create-your-own design approach, we at InkPixi make your shopping experience easy! Our talented design team has created a wide variety of unique designs for you to choose from. We make it easy for you to personalize our apparel - all you have to do is type your name, click, and enjoy! Although we enjoy creating unique designs featuring your name, we realize there are times you may not find exactly what you are looking for. You can still benefit from our expertise and dedicated customer service by contacting our custom printing division: www.esmprintworks.com. One of our representatives will personally walk you through the design process from beginning to end, and your shirts will be printed right alongside our established designs. There is a required minimum order of 24 pieces for all custom printing projects.
Do I have a choice of colors beyond the options available on the website for each design?
No. Fabric inks react very differently to different colored cloth, and fine-tuning a design to look right is an extensive process. We treat shirt color as an integral part of the artwork, and it is chosen as carefully as any ink color. Please see above response for a custom order.
Are these products made in the USA?
We purchase our apparel from distributors in the USA. The blank merchandise is manufactured outside of the USA. The shirts are custom printed and the hats are embroidered at our facility in Grove City, Pennsylvania, USA.
